I created Made By Wellness for women who are tired of feeling like their body is. problem to solve.
For years I thought if I could just fix my body, everything else would fall into place. I counted calories, obsessively thought about food, picked my body apart, and βstarted overβ more times than I can count.
I genuinely believed that if I could just be leaner, Iβd finally feel confident.
What I eventually realized was that health had become another source of pressure in my live and my body was just something I thought I could control.
Now I help women build a healthier relationship with their body, their mind, and themselves so they can stop constantly trying to fix who they are and start actually living their life.
