Hi, I’m Zoë.

I think a lot of women spend years trying to become someone else. Someone who is more disciplined, productive, successful, confident, healthy, desirable, acceptable, or worthy. Somewhere in the process, they lose themselves.

They start living according to beliefs, rules, expectations, and definitions of success that aren't theirs, even definitions of health that aren't theirs. So they work harder, try harder, focus on fixing more, and wonder why they still don't feel like themselves.

The work I do is about helping women remember who they were before the noise. Before the pressure, the expectations, and before they learned to abandon themselves. Yes, we talk about hormones, gut health, food, energy, sleep, stress, and all the practical pieces. Those things matter, but they're rarely the whole story. The deepest transformations I've witnessed have very little to do with a number on a scale and everything to do with a woman finally trusting herself, speaking up, taking up space, following what lights her up, and creating a life that feels like hers.

My mission:

To help women build lives that feel deeply aligned, fully expressed, and entirely their own.

Health is simply one doorway into that work.

The real work is coming back to yourself. From that place, building a life that feels bigger, richer, and more alive than you thought was possible.

My own process…

For a long time, I thought the answer was fixing myself. I started a corporate career that I hated . I spent way too much time thinking about my body, what I was eating, what I should be doing differently, and how I could finally feel confident in my own skin. I was constantly consuming information trying to find the thing that would finally make me feel better. No matter how much information I collected, I still felt like I was living on a hamster wheel. Not just with my health but with my life.

What eventually shifted everything wasn't another diet, supplement, or protocol, it was changing my relationship with myself and shifting my identity. Changing the stories I believed about myself. Paying attention to the patterns that were keeping me stuck. Learning to stop outsourcing every decision. Learning to create a life that actually felt like mine.

That work changed the way I show up in every area of my life. It's the work I still practice and it's the work I now share with the women I work with.

Sometimes what we need most is someone who can help us see what's possible, borrow belief when ours feels shaky, and remind us that we're capable of so much more than we think. I truly believe every woman deserves someone in her corner cheering her on, helping her see her blind spots, and reminding her of who she is when she forgets.

Are you ready to expand your life?

Here is where we start…
